Georgetown Harbor channels restored after dredging removed more than 560,000 cubic yards

A two-month maintenance dredging project has restored Georgetown Harbor’s Steel Mill and Bypass channels to their authorized 12-foot depth after shoaling reduced some areas to less than five feet.
